QuatroAttendance - Audience
QAT services different audiences depending on their function.


Attendance Clerk
The following are characteristics or functions that define an Attendance Clerk:
  • Daily input of Time-Sheets
  • Input of Previous Pay Adjustments (PPA=s)
  • Printing Time-Sheets and Reports
  • Change employee's Schedule Id
  • Change employee's Emergency Contact name and phone number


Supervisor
The following are characteristics or functions that define a Supervisor:
  • Able to input Time-Sheets
  • Able to input Previous Pay Adjustments
  • Able to print Time-Sheets and Reports
  • Responsible for the approval of Time Sheets at the end of the QAT Cycle
  • Located throughout Metro Hall and at remote sites around the city


Payroll Clerk
The following are characteristics or functions that define a Payroll Clerk:
  • In some cases, responsible for Time Sheet input on behalf of various departments
  • Maintenance of Employee information. (Profile, etc.)
  • Maintenance of Payroll information (Banks, History)
  • Verification of Time Sheets. Payroll Clerks are able to modify Time Sheets
  • Input of Previous Pay Adjustments (PPA's)
  • Review QAT Analysis Report and prepare and process necessary entries to correct problems
  • Finalizing and verifying upload to the Cyborg System
  • Entries are automatically approved under the Payroll Clerkís id. and are reported to the supervisor during the next pay approval


Payroll Supervisor
The following are characteristics or functions that define a Payroll Supervisor:
  • In some cases, responsible for Time-Sheet input for other departments
  • Maintenance of Employee information (Profile, etc.)
  • Maintenance of Payroll information (Banks, History)
  • Verification of Time Sheets. Payroll Clerks are able to modify Time Sheets
  • Input of Previous Pay Adjustments (PPA's)
  • Review QAT Analysis Report and prepare and process necessary entries to correct problems
  • Entries are automatically approved under their name and reported to the supervisor during the next pay approval
  • Located centrally at Metro Hall
  • Responsible for the verification of information uploaded to Cyborg System
  • Must verify upload by reviewing Upload Summary report


QuatroAttendance Administrator
The following are characteristics or functions that define a QAT Administrator:
  • Responsible for opening the QAT Cycles. This process plots Time Sheets for the new pay period based on Schedules assigned to each employee
  • Responsible for maintenance of all QAT Tables including Shifts, Shift Schedules, QAT Codes, etc
  • Able to input Time-Sheets on behalf of various departments
  • Able to input Previous Pay Adjustments on behalf of various departments
  • Able to print Time Sheets and Reports
  • Entries are automatically approved under their name and reported to the supervisor during the next pay approval
  • Responsible for closing the QAT Cycle. Must make sure that all Time Sheet are approved
  • Produce QAT Analysis / Error Log for Payroll Clerks
  • Responsible for producing a Payroll Summary Report for final verification before uploading to Cyborg
  • Responsible for uploading attendance to Cyborg
  • Located centrally at Metro Hall


View Only Users
  • Able to view Employee Profile and Time Sheet information
  • Able to print Time Sheets and reports such as Attendance Record and Absenteeism report
  • Cannot make any changes to Time Sheets or E.P. information
