QuatroSafety works on a system of integrated modules which have specific applications. It also features the QuatroTickler - a powerful messaging tool that ensures timeliness and keeps processes on track.
Incident Management manages injuries, illness and exposures in the workplace while maintaining an ongoing history of workers’ claims including notes and costs. Incident management produces mandatory forms for submission to government boards and generates comprehensive reports on safety trends and costs for the purpose of accident prevention.
Case Management allows the case coordinator to make informed decisions with regards to disability management, return to work processes or to develop a fair and productive accommodation plan.
Job Match automates the process of matching the employee’s functional abilities with job demands. It plots the requirements of each job in categories such as strength, mobility, sensory and work environment allowing the user to produce a “best match” list. Another important function of this module is the analysis of job demands which aids in assessing risks and provides for prevention initiatives.
The “Tickler” reminder tool keeps the processes timely and on track QuatroSafety has a powerful messaging tool which allows users to create a note called a tickler and attach it to an employee file as a confidential “for my eyes only” memo. Users can also create a “for all eyes to see” tickler which can be forwarded to another team member or members to keep them informed or initiate follow-up.
QuatroSafety also features a pre-defined Auto Ticklers which are generated automatically by the system. The Auto Ticklers notify team members of next steps or dates when specific follow-up action is required.

Long Term Disability provides effective management and cost tracking of LTD claims. It monitors employment and claim status and ensures employees are notified of their eligibility to apply for benefits. It also automates communication with the carrier and the employee by producing application forms and letters.
Employee Assistance provides effective management and tracking of internal referrals, intake, psychological evaluations and outcomes. It maintains clinical notes, reports trends, assigns counsellors to employees and manages caseloads. Internal and external users of Employee Assistance may include: social workers, clinical psychologists and counselling services. All information in this module is confidential.
Health and Rehabilitation provides effective management and tracking of internal referrals, intake, medical evaluations and outcomes. It maintains clinical notes, reports trends, assigns counsellors to employees and manages caseloads. Internal and external users of Health and Rehabilitation may include: health consultants, occupational health nurses, occupational health therapists and physiotherapists.
